Doyle Eiler

Doyle Eiler is ESCCO’s Director of Consulting Services. His early career includes stints on the faculty at Cornell University in New York, and the University of Mary Hardin Baylor.  In the corporate world, he was director of market insights at Winn-Dixie Stores in Florida and in Oklahoma City, spent 19 years with Fleming Companies as director of consumer research and vice president of marketing support. Doyle was director of research for the Food Marketing Institute in Washington, D.C. In all positions, Doyle has used his analytical skills and research acumen to improve standards and marketing practices.  Doyle graduated with distinction from Purdue University, and earned his doctoral degree. from Oregon State University.

Franci Hart

Franci Hart, a certified fundraising executive (CFRE), has over 20 years of experience working with Oklahoma non-profit organizations, making her a natural for ESCCO. She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and tried-and-true advice on tasks ranging from communication to fund-raising and has raised more than $20 million for a diverse group of organizations. She also spent over 20 years in the newspaper industry, as the theater reviewer for The Oklahoman and most recently the reviewer for FRIDAY.

Paul Moore

Before joining ESCCO, first as a volunteer consultant and CEO coach, and now as President, Paul Moore completed a 40 year career with the Boy Scouts of America.  He has served as CEO of Scout councils in Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Oklahoma City, and Charlotte NC and as a member of the BSA National Staff.  Paul is a member of Rotary Club 29 of OKC and serves on the alumni board of Leadership OKC.  During his career, Paul was responsible for recruiting, training, and leading over 100,000 volunteers.  He secured over $10 million in capital funding, and $100 million in operating support.  Beginning in 2005, he was certified by the Fieldstone Foundation as a coach to nonprofit CEO’s.  He has a passion for nonprofits and helping their leaders grow.
