"Community Literacy Center (CLC) worked with ESCCO to develop a maketing plan for our organization.  Bill Phillips was tremendously helpful in developing a committee with strengths and the oversight ability to effectively review our organization structure.  Committee members met with our executive director, staff, board and students to understand our programs.  They were excellent at developing an overview and immediately made positive, helpful recommendations.

The product ESCCO developed for CLC was excellent.  The plan was multi-faceted which allowed us to implement the material immediately The committee member were awesome.  This culmination of the project resulted in a bound report and a power point presentation to our board which was helpful
